Please fill out this form if you are interested in getting involved in DSA's National Medicare for All Campaign. Both DSA members and non-members are welcome!

While the National DSA Medicare for All Campaign Committee will be setting up more and more structures, resources, and groups for activists to get together and get to work, we need to know who is out there!

We especially want to know (a) if you are a DSA member at-large or in a chapter that is *not* doing Medicare for All or other healthcare related organizing, but you would like to help get this started in your chapter; and/or (b) if you have certain skills and a desire to help the National Campaign Committee as we get various parts of the campaign off the ground.
